Himmel’s is a family owned and operated business established over 20 years ago with offices in Prairieville and New Orleans. Himmel’s maintains one of the largest stocks of commercial door hardware, solid core wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames and bathroom accessories.

Himmel’s is a factory direct distributor for ASSA ABLOY and Ingersol Rand products, which includes Yale, Corbin Russwin, Norton, Rixson, Sargent, Schlage, Monarch, Von Duprin and others.

Customer service is of paramount importance to the company.  Himmel’s can ship most items on the same day as an order.  If a specific product for doors or hardware is not on site, Himmel’s will likely have access to it.

Himmel’s is a full service company with fabrication shop and maintenance crews.  No job is too big or too small.  Custom fit door and frames for any application can be built.  Himmel’s installers are state fire marshal and OSHA certified with the proper insurance to work in any environment including chemical plants.
