All Star Electric, Inc. was formed by Tim Blanchard and Todd Trosclair, two Louisiana natives who each have more than 30 years of experience as certified electrical contractors. The company started small, with just five employees, but over the years has grown into one of the largest and most respected electrical contractors on the Gulf Coast.
